Directed by top German Director, Rolf von Sydow, starring major German actor, Max Tidof, the set included interiors and exteriors. Scenes included a baby being born in one of the bedrooms, as well as a death in another bedroom. The production was transmitted in Germany on TV channel ZDF, on 10.03.02 |

Culver House and grounds was used for an episode in "Down to Earth", one of BBC 1's top-rated series, starring Pauline Quirke and Warren Clarke. In this episode Warren's character was booked in for an organic horticulture course; not knowing the course had been cancelled, and finding the house shut up with no-one inside, he tries to look inside the house and gets arrested by the police for acting suspiciously. Filmed in April 2001 and transmitted in September 2001. |
